With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Abbott in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on July 10, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Tollner and Diana Tollner. She is survived by: her husband Mark Ethridge Abbott; her daughters, Gretchen Abbott of Jamestown, Meagen Abbott of Greensburg, Indiana, Danielle Mensinger (Kevin) of Chapel Hill, TN and Rebecca Abbott of Jamestown; her stepson Chuck Thompson of Shelby, NC; her son Nicholas Abbott of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Grace, Piper, Logan and Paisley; her pet Harley Dawg; and her siblings, Tony Tollner (Julie) of Monterey, CA, Carroll Fernstrom of Raleigh and Leslie Saum (Rick) of Bethesda, MD.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
