She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Yezek of Greensboro, NC.; her parents, Anthony Mongoelluzzo and Susan Mongoelluzzo; and her sister Joan Rega of Pennsylvania. She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Yezek of Greensboro, NC and Karen Warren of Illinois; and her brother Tony Mongoelluzzo of Pennsylvania.
