He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Wilma May Pine; his grandparents, Clyde and Rosa Lee Dixon; his wife Sue; and his brothers, Sam Pine and Bobby Pine.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Pine Robinson (Eric) and Karen Pine Thompson (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Ashley Robinson (Taylor), Brandon Thompson, Ryan Thompson (Monica) and Logan Robinson; his great grandchildren, Owen, Price, Davis, Bodie and Evelyn; and his sister Rosa Ray (Rick) of Florida.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking donations be made in Keefer's memory to his church, Pleasant Garden Baptist Church, 1415 Neelley Road, Pleasant Garden, NC 27313, where he has been a member for many many years.
