He is survived by: his children, Lee Hylton (Fran) of High Point and Tammy Cherry (Vinnie) of Gastonia; his grandchildren, Trey of Gastonia, Isaac of Gastonia and Allie Cherry of Gastonia; his partner Angel Munden of Greensboro; his siblings, Linda Apple (Denny Goodwin) of Gibsonville and David Hylton of Pleasant Garden; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Hylton (Lexington), Carolyn Smith (Jerry) of Raleigh and Roscoe Hanner of Raleigh.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Blue Heron Event Venue (4130 Mendenhall Oaks Pkwy, High Point, NC 27265).
