As we bid Leroy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Leroy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Cole; his wife Carolyn Mitchell; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his son Steve Vernon (Cyndy); his sister Jean Snyder; and his stepchildren, Jack Mitchell (Betty Lynn), Merilyn Parker (Larry), Deborah Lankford (Sam), Annette Harper (Tim) and Jeff Mitchell (Lisa). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
