She was predeceased by: her father James Jordan; her husband Edward Erphie Godwin; her sons, Kevin Ross Godwin and Michael Edward Godwin; her brothers, James Leo Jordan and Jerry Allen Jordan; and her half-sisters, Alene Apple and Pauline Floyd.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Boothe (Billy) and Perry Godwin (Lori); her daughter-in-law Tabatha Godwin (James "Jamie" Jordan Jr.); her grandchildren, Anne Marie Boothe (Easton Penland), Madison Godwin, Jon Boothe, Keith Boothe and Christopher Godwin; and her sister-in-law Joan Jordan (Leo).
