He is survived by: his children, Temeca Antoinette Armstrong, Tredesha Dawn Armstrong, Luther Armstrong Jr. and Kelvin Rayshawn Armstrong; and his siblings, Barbara Grant (Eugene Grant), Dianna Cole and Jerry Armstrong (Pat Armstrong). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family.
