She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Green Parker and Ethel Morrison Parker; her son Kenneth Putnam, Jr.; and her siblings, James Allen "Buck" Parker, Robert Lee "Boots" Parker, Jessie Jack Parker, A. C. "Tom" Parker, P. G. "Speed" Parker, Glenn Odell "Vop" Parker and Joanne.

She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Rook of Greensboro, NC; her grandsons, Jason Ryan Rook of Greensboro, NC and Zachary Parker Rook of Greensboro, NC; her great grandchild Salem Rook of Greensboro, NC; her grandson Robert Matthew Darst (Gaby) of Bethesda, MD; her great grandchildren, Elodie, Fiona and Leander Darst; her son Michael Mauney (Judy) of Cleveland County, NC; her grandchildren, Tina Thomas (Marty) of Cleveland County, NC and Derek Mauney of Cleveland County, NC; her great grandchildren, Maggie and Sarah Thomas; and her sisters, Jewel Ailene "Susie" Parker, Mary Ellen "Beck" Denton and Betty Joyce "Monk" Greene.
