She is survived by: her husband Bobby Eugene Flack (Gene); her daughters, Crystal Lush (Jeff) of Elon and Jennifer Flack of Greensboro; and her grandchildren, Megan Lush, Cassie Lush, Abby Lush, Joshua Lush, Madison Smith and Hunter Flack-Miceli.
