We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2024, at the age of 74, Mary Anna Jackson (Greensboro, North Carolina), born in Marion, South Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Anna Jackson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Leo Jackson and Elizabeth Hannah Jackson; her grandparents, Elijiah Hannah and Mary Ina Gause; her aunts and uncles, Corine Phillips, Lorene Phillips, Grady, Edward and Frank Hannah; her siblings, Elijiah, Dozier Lee, Henry, Bernie, Annie Mae, Betty Jean and Wilbert Jackson, Sr.; and also Catherine Davis.

She is survived by : her daughter Sherry Raleigh; her grandchildren, Aaron and Jamiliah Bowen; her siblings, Catherine, Carolyn Jackson and Joseph Jackson Sr.; and her cousin Betty Kirkpatrick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the New Jerusalem Cathedral Church (1822 Sharpe Rd, Greensboro, NC 27406). Visitation was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (3910 Forest Lawn Dr, Greensboro, NC 27455).
