As we bid adieu to Mary Lorene's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Mary Lorene has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kellam, Sr. and Essie Smith Kellam; and her husband Edgar Behling. She is survived by: her children, Donna Handy (Charles), Vickie Collie (Ronnie) and Albert Behling. She is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lakeview Memorial Park (3600 N O. Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405). The inurnment will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at the Lakeview Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel (3600 N O. Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405).
