She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Strunks and Susanne Strunks; and her brother Glenn Strunks. She is survived by: her husband Robert Williams; her daughters, Laura Williams (Joel Oakes) of Greensboro, NC and Lisa Merring (Mark) of Boca Raton, FL.; and her grandsons, Tyler and Ryan Merring. She is also survived by numerous cousins and 7 furry grandbabies.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Gethsemane United Methodist Church, where she was a devout member, at 100 NC-150, Greensboro, NC 27455 or the ASPCA of Guilford County.
