He was predeceased by: his father Richard White (Dick); and his father-in-law Jack Cutrer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jayme; his daughter Caroline; his mother Kathy White; and his sister Kathryn White. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew, uncles, cousins, in-laws.
