He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Harrell (Wimp) and Betty Jo Loggains Harrell of Greensboro, NC.. He is survived by: his son Ryan Harrell (Peyton); his grandchildren, Slate and Blakeley of Charlotte; his son Bradley Harrell (Candace); his grandchildren, Aiden and Alayna of Leland; his daughter Kellen Simpson (Caden); his grandchildren, Alsea, Lily and Cyndil of Burgaw; his siblings, David Harrell of Phelan, California and Dawn Harrell of Kernersville; his niece Blair Garrison of Greensboro; his nephew Greg Harrell of Danville, Virginia; his close friends, Frances Phillips of Wilmington, Connie and Norman Brooks of Wilmington; and his caregivers, Gloria Mondragon, Sonya Caldwell, Sharon Bryant, Ali Morales, LShanna Hooper and Lori Leggett. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
