As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney S. Holt and Miriam "Mike" Gault Holt. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Margaret McConnell; his brother Donnell A. Holt (Connie); and his children, James Holt, Joel Holt (Kelly), Elizabeth Davidson (Ralph) and David Holt (Traia). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and step grandchildren.
