Michael Lewis Callahan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2025, at the age of 65, Michael Lewis Callahan in Greensboro, North Carolina, born in Rockledge, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Annie and Elroy Callahan; his father Roy "Bo" Lewis Callahan; and his niece Ashley Sweeney. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Callahan; his daughters, Chelsea Callahan and Brianna Fletcher; his son-in-law Justin Fletcher; his grandchildren, Abigail and Carter Fletcher; his siblings, Lauren Haddix, Sharon Sweeney and Sean Callahan; and his siblings' children, Nikki Scronce, Stephanie Sweeney, Aimee Sweeney, Luke and Clay Haddix.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Forbis & Dick Guilford Chapel (5926 W Friendly Ave, Greensboro, NC 27410).
In his honor, the family requests that any donations be made to the National Park Foundation at nationalparks.org/calendar.
