She was predeceased by: her parents, Chauncy C. Sidden and Joyce Holbrook Sidden; and her husband Harold V. "Buck" Lloyd. She is survived by: her sons, Harold Lloyd (Tim Thompson) and Perry Lloyd (Penny); her grandchildren, Jude Lloyd, Cecelia Rosendahl (Tyler) and Corey Moore (Ivy); her great grandchildren, Ayden Cockerham, Cameron Rosendahl, Connor Rosendahl, Avett Rosendahy, June Moore, Lydia Moore and Milo Moore; and her nieces and nephews, Charles Earp, Philip Triplett, Neil Sidden, Judy Hillabrant, Audrey Earp, Elizabeth Beam, Tonya Granger, Kim Abernathy, Cindy Guelzo and Joelle Higgins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home (270 Armory Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Chapel (270 Armory Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that you perhaps consider making memorials to First Baptist Church of North Wilkesboro, PO Box 458, North Wilkesboro or to the scholarship fund at Friends Home West of Greensboro, 6100 West Friendly Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27410 to assist residents in financial need.
