He was predeceased by: his parents, Percival Baily and Yevnigy Bashian Bailey; and his sister Irene Freyer. He is survived by: his children, Stacey Hvasta, Anthony Bailey, Abrielle Kater and Samarah Bailey; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Rachel, Lochlan, Nathan and Claire.
He is also Adjunct Professor of Economic Statecraft at the Institute of World Politics in Washington and Senior Fellow of The Potomac Foundation.
