He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry T. Franklin and Ermal D. Franklin; and his wife Maryann Wilson Franklin. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Knox (Tom), Lori Duhan (Nathan) and Julie Andrews (Dave). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren as well as loving nieces and nephews.
