She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Johnson and Ollie Rita Johnson; and her husband Herman M. McDowell Sr.. She is survived by: her grandsons, Marc Ingram Jr. (Charity) of Greensboro, Kennan McDowell of Greensboro and J. Cameron Ingram of Greensboro; her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Carmen and Charlie; her stepbrother Richard Johnson Jr.; and her cousin Shani Addae. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
