She is survived by: her son Gene Phillips (Sandy); her husband Manuel Phillips; her daughter Joyce Williams (Jeff); her daughter-in-law Sandy; and her children, Linda Cooper and Tim Phillips (Susan). She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
