She was predeceased by: her parents, David Swaim and Nell Swaim; and her husband David Levens. She is survived by: her children, Donna, Alan (Amanda) and Judy (Rick). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
