He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Osborne and Mary Osborne (Myrick); his wife Sara Margaret "Sally" Osborne; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Osborne and Frances "Frankie" Bedle; and his daughter-in-law Rebecca Rogers Osborne.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Osborne (Suzanne DiMarco), Deborah Price (Carl), Janice Brown (Michael) and Michael Osborne (Kathleen); and his brother David Osborne (Annette Register). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
