He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sipkema and Carol Sipkema. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Holtzclaw; his son Ashley Cook (Starlene Cook); his grandchildren, Vesper, Aldrin, Aurora and Waverly; and his siblings, Simon Sipkema (Kathy), Rhonda Koblinski (Rich) and Ralph Sipkema. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Lancaster Cemetery (205 Crab Orch St, Lancaster, KY 40444).
