He is survived by: his father Abraham Stephenson; his wife Lisa; his children, Edward (Heather), Rhonda (Wayne) and Kristie (James); his grandchildren, Trey, Tori and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Billy (Hazel), Eugene (Arlene), Judy (Elmer) and Elaine Hamilton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Vandalia Baptist Church (3919 Pleasant Garden Rd, Greensboro, NC 27406). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oakland Heights Cemetery (609 North St, Smithfield, NC 27577).
