She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilary Greene and Ruby Greene; her husband Charles Smith; her son Michael Todd Jarvis; and her brother Jerry Greene.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Jarvis (Kelly) and Lisa Hunt (Billy Ray); and her sisters, Jane Lowdermilk and Bonnie Wall. She is also survived by two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several step-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (2230 Lees Chapel Rd, Greensboro, NC 27405). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
