With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Earl Bledsoe (Greensboro, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elease Moore Bledsoe and Archie Brooks Bledsoe; his wife Crista F. Bledsoe; his siblings, Willa Chavis, James Clinton, Elsie B. Moore, Kathleen B. Thompson, Barbara Jean Bledsoe and Archie Brooks Bledsoe, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Dorothy F. Majette.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim B. Goods (Robert) and Stephanie B. Gibson (Bonnie, III); and his brother Cornelius Bledsoe (Carolyn). He is also survived by other relatives & friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hanes Lineberry Funeral Home (6000 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407).
