He was predeceased by: his children, Ralph Osborne, Jr. and Diane Osborne Hazelwood; his great grandchild Kennedy Nicole Post; and his brothers, Buck Champion and Rex Champion.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Champion; his children, Rick Champion (Betty Ann), Danny Champion (Karen), Tammy Clopton David (Fat Boy), Christie Champion and Amy Champion; his sisters, Geneva Poole and Geraldine Dunn; and his pet Blackie. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren; beloved companion.
