He is survived by: his wife Wendie K. Grubb; his children, Savannah, Brianna, Nicholas and William Grubb; his sister Cheryl Drye (Devin); and his nephews, Eric Drye (Shannon) and Chad Drye. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

One lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alamance Community Fire Department, Shriners Burn Center, The First Responders Children's Foundation and Alamance Presbyterian Church.
