He is survived by: his wife Angie Lanier; his parents, Richard Lanier Sr. (Rita) of Asheboro and Faye Jankovich of Arizona; his sisters, Donna Head (Scott) of Gallatin and Ingrid Hunt (Scott) of Asheboro; his parents-in-law, Jack and Shirley Goodwin of Greensboro; his aunt Diann Davis of Salisbury; and his uncle Gene Hancock of Asheboro. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
