It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Edgar Barbee (Greensboro, North Carolina), who passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Barbee and Lura Partin Barbee; and his sons, Robert Barbee, Jr., William Barbee and Bobby Pressley.

He is survived by: his wife Beulah B. Barbee; and his daughters, Anita B. Jones (Bo), Theresa B. Taylor (Russ), Cynthia B. Reddick (Parrish) and Angel Toomes (Don). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 3812 Groometown Rd., Greensboro, NC 27407 or to the charity of one's choice.
