He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Lee and Margaret Valentine Lee. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracie Bankins and Tammie Lee; his stepdaughter Valerie Meadows (Brian); his grandchildren, Cody Bankins, Justin Bankins, Jennifer Harris, Dakota Harris, Brooke Moody and Jasmine Lawson; his former wife Sheila Ingold; Joseph Ingold.
