She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Esther Hill and Jesse Dalton Misenheimer; and her siblings, Charles, Gary and Carol Misenheimer.
She is survived by: her husband Gayle BenneZ Phillips; her children, Sharon Phillips Hitchcock (Rick), Craig Phillips (Rachel) and Warren Phillps; her grandchildren, Lindsey Moree MerriZ (Ben), Morgan Phillips Hahl (Michael), Matthew Phillips, JustinPhillips, Jessica Phillps, Summer Hitchcock and Sienna Hitchcock; her great grandchildren, Lillian, Evelyn and Nolan Merrit; her sister-in-law Judy Misenheimer; her nephew Kevin Misenheimer (Angie); and her niece Kristi Misenheimer.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Westover Church Missions Fund, 505 Muirs.
