He is survived by: his wife Cindy Jurek; his children, Christopher (Lindsay Nelson), Kimberly Agapion (Basil), Katie Rich (Wesley) and Michele Gunderman; his grandchildren, Kiersten and Dominik; and his sisters, Delia Young and Carmen Buchler (Duane). He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
