She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Sater Clay and Josephine Talbot Clay. She is survived by: her husband William Richard "Bill" Pearson; her children, Paula Pearson of Galax, VA and William "Rich" Pearson, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Sue Lee and Thomas "Tommy" Sater Clay, Jr. (Lynda).
