With sadness, we share the passing of Sam Siconolfi of Greensboro, North Carolina. Sam, born on December 15, 1934, passed away on May 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Filippo Siconolfi and Ermelinda Dipietro Siconolfi; his siblings, Philip Siconolfi Jr. and Eleanor Siconolfi; and his stepson Billy Coyne.
He is survived by: his wife Dolly Siconolfi; his stepchildren, Maureen Coyne, Pat Coyne (Carol), Kathy Doolittle (Don), Susie Blackwell (Marty), Sandy Peterson and Joe Coyne (Misti); and his children, Brad Wagner (Colleen), Dina O'Toole (Marty) and Carla Diulus (Chuck). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
