She was predeceased by: her parents, Garvey Nelson Welborn and Shirley Louise Ozment Welborn. She is survived by: her siblings, Lynne Welborn and Ronald Nelson Welborn (Maria); her nieces, Ashley McCraw, Amber Moser (Clark) and Christina Austin; and her nephew Kenneth Austin (Mary).
