She was predeceased by: her parents, George Barlow Halliday and Susie Mary Alston Halliday; her brother William "Bill" Halliday; and her pet White Kitty Smith. She is survived by: her husband Frank Smith; her daughters, Cynthia Smith and Shannon Kerr (David); her grandchildren, Lauren Miklia (Kurt), Justin Smith (Beatrice), Christopher Price, Ragan Price, Elizabeth Kerr (Katie), John Kerr (Emily) and Mitchell Kerr; her great grandchild Isabel Miklia; her extended family Marsha Rose (Les); and her pet Hallie Baby Smith.
