She is survived by: her husband Landy Blackwell; her children, Loris "Lorie" Paige Blackwell Wall, Jennifer Leigh Blackwell, Elizabeth Ann Blackwell and Blake Andrew Blackwell (Lindsey); her grandchildren, Cara Paige Wall, Christa Patrick Wall, Aspen Blake Blackwell and Myers Elizabeth Blackwell; her brothers, Bill Sizemore (Dawn) and Steve Sizemore (Donna); and her brother-in-law Bob Blackwell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
