Sylvia Jean Breed Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Jean Breed (Greensboro, North Carolina), who passed away on January 6, 2026 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carlton and Amy Carlton. She is survived by: her siblings, Gar, Thomas and Genevieve; her husband Carroll; her sister Frances; her daughters, Marsha, Leslie and Gail (Gary); and her grandchildren, Amy (Ken), Andrew (Paula), Gardner (Rebekah), Angela, Justin and Taylor. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
