He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Eugene and Katherine Horning Ammeter. He is survived by: his wife Dot Ammeter; his children, Andrew and Susan; his siblings, Lynn Loch (Jim) and Keith Ammeter (Kim); and his nephew Brady Loch (Sara). He is also survived by three sons; and several in-laws and nieces and nephews.
Family has requested donations in memory of Tom to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
