He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy McDaniel and Betsy May (Toby); his grandchildren, Taylor Cook, Diana Griffith, Macy Fulk, James "Bubba" May (Bailey) and Ches Fulk (Maddie); his great grandchildren, Aley Cook, Caroline Griffith, Kruz Cook and Jaxon Griffith; and his sister Joann Barham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
