He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Walser Batten, Sr. and Daisy Ruth Moose Batten; and his sister Carol Marie Batten Tomlinson. He is survived by: his brother Robert "Bob" W. Batten, Jr. (Ann) of Trinity; and his sibling's children, Robert W. Batten III, Bradley E. Batten, Carol Lee Glowacki and Melanie G. Tomlinson.
