He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Culbreth and Ida Lenora Culbreth. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher and Jacob Culbreth; his siblings, Arnold "Butch" Culbreth Jr. and Sue Persons; and his grandsons, Jacob and Weston Culbreth.
