He was predeceased by: his parents, James Webb and Lula Webb; his wife Judith Webb; his daughter Darla Webb; and his brother Arthur Webb.
He is survived by: his son Monte Webb (Becky); his grandchildren, TJ Webb (Kathryn), Britt Morton (Megan), Bekah Dalton (Isaac) and Trish Davis (Austin); and his brothers, Elvis Webb (Rose Mary) and Jim Webb (Ruth Ann). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
