Brooks of Texas, Rev. Gloria Hayes of Greensboro, NC and Amber Horton of Siler City, NC; her close friend Eric James; her caregiver Cheryl James; and also Clarence Thomas Scotton, Sr.. She is also survived by cousins, relatives, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Cassie Coote-Brown Memorial Chapel at Perry J. Brown Funeral Home (909 E Market St, Greensboro, NC 27401). Visitation was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
