He was predeceased by: his parents, BJ Spinks and Louise Spinks. He is survived by: his wife Linda Spinks; his brother Burl Spinks; his children, Celeste Beacham (David), Gail Tatum and Kelvin Worthey (Courtney); and his great grandchild Shanaire Adams. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
