He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dean Atkins and Katheryn Atkins (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Mr Atkins; his children, Michael C. Atkins of Roanoke, William "Tyler" Atkins (Christy P.) of Atlanta, Georgia and Kasey D. Stone of Bassett, Virginia; and his siblings, Tommy Lee Atkins and Kathy D. Denny (Robert) of Martinsville, Virginia. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many cherished church family members.
