He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jo Bevill Mayberry; his sisters, Polly Ayers (Jerry), Lynda Norman and Kitty Matthews (Jay); his children, Amy Elizabeth Kuttkuhn (Jeremy) and Aaron Paul Mayberry (Molly Beth); his grandchildren, Molly Elizabeth Walker (Caleb), Sarah Grace Kuttkuhn, Eli Thomas Kuttkuhn, Caleb Andrew Kuttkuhn, Harper Elizabeth Mayberry and Evelyn Jo Mayberry; his godchildren, Stephanie and Todd Clark; and his caregivers, Sarah, Liz, Lindsay and Marie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
