He was predeceased by: his son William Robert Midkiff; and the parents of child, William Herman and Elsie Midkiff. He is survived by: his wife Linda Midkiff; his daughters, Shannon Knight (Chris) and Kassie Jenkins (Jentrey); his grandchildren, Alexis, Emmie, Evie, Charlie, Lucy, Zayden, Wylee, Octavia, Cyruss and Robbie; and his siblings, Jean LeBlanc (Armand), Jerry (Lou), Mark and Benny Midkiff (Delia). He is also survived by his family, friends, and his devoted wife.
